Our Story

Butler County was largely settled by German immigrants throughout the 1800s. To celebrate their culture and their influence in this area, a committee of Hamilton citizens with German heritage started planning our Christkindlmarkt.

We are now in our 13th year; getting bigger and better every year. We started with 12 vendors in a 6,500 square foot venue and have grown to more than 50 vendors in over 21,000 square feet at the Butler County Fairground Event Center.

We appreciate the support we receive from the community. Without our board members and the 100+ volunteers who help us each year we would not be able to have this event.
